Biography
Connor Bildfell is a partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at McCarthy Tétrault’s Vancouver office. He represents clients in private arbitrations and before courts at all levels, including the Supreme Court of Canada. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, class actions, privacy disputes, public law disputes, and regulatory disputes. He clerked at the Supreme Court of Canada and the B.C. Court of Appeal, and graduated as the gold medallist at UBC Law

Biography
Kerry is the Chief Executive Officer of the CBA, BC Branch. She is a past president of the CBA (2017-18) and a past president of the CBA, BC Branch (2012-13). She served as the Co-chair of the CBA Truth and Reconciliation Task Force and the Chair of the Governance Transition Task Force moving the CBA from the structure pre-2016 to that implemented in 2016-17.
