We’re working with a group of diversified businesses, with over 2,000 employees between 4 companies in the Fraser Valley, now looking to hire their first in-house lawyer, to head up their legal operations and provide guidance to their various business units. Reporting directly to the President, this position requires a dynamic leader with a broad experience in corporate/commercial law with particular emphasis on construction and real estate matters.

There is a manufacturing and materials bent to some of the businesses, and apart from general commercial matters, you will be dealing with an array of contracts for existing and new construction projects, real estate transactions, litigation management, compliance and employment law.
