An Agenda for Justice - In the News

  • February 22, 2018

In 2017, CBABC published its platform paper, An Agenda for Justice. A key element of the association’s advocacy efforts, the paper outlines 30 recommendations and reforms for BC’s justice system to improve provincial laws and increase British Columbians access to justice.

Touching on areas like investments in family law legal aid and court staffing, along with public safety and stability for business, the paper has inspired lively debate in its media coverage.

We encourage you to read below for a summary of articles and interviews related to An Agenda for Justice.
