An Agenda for Justice - In the News

CBABC presents An Agenda for Justice – Platform Updates 2018, a key element of our advocacy to improve access to justice for British Columbians.

This document acknowledges recently increased investment by the BC government in key areas like Legal Aid for family law services, while detailing where support is still lacking including Indigenous justice, the BC Mental Health Act and the establishment of a Unified Family Court.

And it identifies emerging issues in legislation meant to improve finances at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia.

An Agenda for Justice creates conversation in BC’s justice system, and in the news – below is a summary of media coverage to date.
