On November 14, 2022, the Land Owner Transparency Registry issued updated guidance on certifications by transferees and reporting bodies and electronic signing by designates.
The amendment clarifies that the designate can use a digital signature for certification of the transparency records by transferees or reporting bodies. There are no other material changes.
