Letter to LSBC President: Code of Professional Conduct for British Columbia
CBABC Immigration Law Section submitted a letter to the President of the Law Society of British Columbia requesting clarification on whether the Rules in the Professional Code of Conduct prevent immigration and citizenship lawyers from delegating the electronic submission of applications to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. The letter was prepared after consultation with Immigration Law Section members.
