Working within the Assize System

Most court locations in BC operate on the Assize System where the Supreme Court of BC sits periodically, usually for 1 or 2 weeks at a time. Hearings or trials may be scheduled to start any day during that time frame. Learn how to maximize precious counsel and court time within the Assize System.
