Ethical Considerations for Every Lawyer
This fall, distinguished LSBC benchers and CBABC County Representatives will be in four different BC cities to lead engaging sessions on ethics.
These interactive, in-person sessions cover thought-provoking discussions on real-life ethical scenarios, relevant case studies, and the vital Code of Professional Conduct for British Columbia.
Participants will collaboratively address emerging ethical practice issues. By the end of each session, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how to fulfill their obligations to clients, the courts, the profession, and the broader public.
