Changes to the Property Transfer Tax Return
The Ministry of Finance, Property Tax Branch is offering a free information session to help familiarize the public with the new Property Transfer Tax Return that will be going live on Dec 4, 2017. We’ll introduce you to the new format, fields and certain data elements that are new or have substantially changed.
In-person sessions will be held at the Victoria and Vancouver offices of the Land Title Survey Authority of BC (LTSA), or you can attend online. Registration is limited and on a first come first serve basis.
