Transitions are an inevitable part of our lives and a natural part of being human. However, transitions can also be difficult, painful and confusing. The COVID pandemic has created many transitions, welcome and unwelcome, in all of our lives. Whether you are in a transition at this time or in the process of contemplating change, this workshop is for you.
In this workshop, you will develop a deeper understanding of your existing transition strategies and your personal style of responding to change through Mindful and Cognitive-Based Strategies. This understanding will facilitate the creation of a personal action plan that is grounded in your strengths and resilience capacities.
