Under the Provincial Sales Tax Act, S.B.C. 2012, c. 35, the Provincial Sales Tax Transitional Regulation (B.C. Reg. 154/2013) is amended (effective retroactively April 1, 2013 and November 22, 2013, B.C. Reg. 233/2013).

Sections 155 to 157 and 168 of the Insurance Act, R.S.B.C. 2012, c. 1 are brought into force as specified on September 27, 2013 and March 31, 2014 (B.C. Reg. 207/2013). A regulation under the Insurance Act is effective on September 27, 2013 (B.C. Reg. 207/2013).
