Under the Small Claims Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 430, the Small Claims Court Monetary Limit Regulation (B.C. Reg. 179/2005) is amended (effective June 1, 2017, B.C. Reg. 120/2017). Under the Court Rules Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 80, the Small Claims Rules (B.C. Reg. 26/1993) are amended (effective June 1, 2017, B.C. Reg. 120/2017).
