Court Services Committee

Mandate

This standing committee:

• seeks and receives input from CBABC members regarding the access to and provision of court services across British Columbia to identify gaps and barriers and to propose solutions to reduce and eliminate gaps and barriers;
• as appropriate, liaises directly with court users committees, the Court Services Branch and the Judiciary, with respect to court services and courthouse facilities.
