Meeting Title/Topic: Araya v. Nevsun 2016, BCSC 1856 – CanLii (Nevsun) and Corporate Accountability
Synopsis:Spoke on active lawsuit with claims based on international law relating to forced labour, slavery, torture and crimes against humanity; one of the first human rights lawsuits in Canada to assert claims based directly on international law.
