CBABC’s Governance Committee is considering amending the eligibility criteria to serve as a Section Representative on Provincial Council.
In recent years, we have not always been able to fill the full complement of Section Representatives and the Section Representative attendance at Provincial Council has been lower than expected. To create a broader pool of committed candidates, the Governance Committee is asking the question:
Should CBABC broaden the eligibility criteria to allow any member of a Section to serve as the Section’s Representative on Provincial Council, even if the member does not serve on the Section Executive?
