CBABC invites lawyers to share your experiences regarding equity, diversity and inclusion in legal workplaces to guide our advocacy and promotion efforts. At a time when EDI is facing growing resistance, this initiative aims to identify persistent challenges and drive meaningful progress in addressing discrimination in legal workplaces.
The survey collects information about experiences of discrimination, workplace EDI policies and lawyers’ overall sense of belonging in the legal community.
All responses will remain anonymous. However, shared stories may be used without identifying details to support advocacy efforts and awareness campaigns that highlight the need for change.
