  • Recent case law across Canada on fertility law
  • Cross country review of fertility laws
  • Update on the BCLI Report recommendations and the BC’s responding White Paper that includes proposals for amendments to Part 3 (Parentage) of the Family Law Act
  • Discussion with members about the goal of the Section and emerging issues
