Human Rights Law

Addresses various issues in the area of human rights law such as practice before the tribunal, alternate dispute resolution and pre-hearing procedures. Provides a forum for general discussion of issues in the area, such as the intersection of human rights with legal rights extended under the Charter, labour and employment law.
