“Overcoming Procrastination”
In 4 Noon-Hour Workshops
CPD Approved for 5 hours

Procrastination is a common and serious problem among lawyers and can be very difficult to overcome. Willpower, self-criticism and sporadic efforts to eliminate the behavior are usually ineffective. In this workshop, you will discover why you procrastinate and learn ways to reduce or eliminate procrastination using both neuroscience and highly effective cognitive behavioral methods. You will also learn the process of making decisions effectively and quickly to reduce time-consuming dithering. This course uses a combination of exercises, group support, discussions and assignments to help you change these unproductive ways of being.
