The Canadian Forum on Civil Justice (CFCJ) is a non-profit organization dedicated to interdisciplinary research on access to justice and civil justice reform. The CFCJ was created in 1998 as the result of a recommendation of the Canadian Bar Association’s Systems of Civil Justice Task Force.
