Synopsis: The panel discussed the implications of the above noted case on contracting negotiations and the obligation to "act in good faith" in BC's forest sector.

Synopsis: The group met for an informal gathering and discussed current issues in natural resource law that could be of interest for upcoming section meetings.
Comments and Observations of the Chair
The section is poised to have a good year with lots of good topics for meetings, given the potential boom in natural resource related activities that may occur in BC. Attention will be paid to topic overlaps with other sections so that attendance can be boosted.
