Synopsis: Ms. Chopra outlined the role of the Equity Ombudsperson and we discussed current issues in the profession in the area. We also discussed strategies for change.

Meeting Title/Topic: Women in Law Luncheon
Synopsis: We discussed issues affecting women in the legal profession in the area. We also said goodbye to our executive member, Kelly Pollock. We discussed future events for women in law in the region.
Comments and Observations of the Co-Chair
Our Section executive focused this year on two events - Anne Chopra's visit and a women in law lunch in Smithers. We still plan to host a Legal Services Society guide to billing event but were not able to do so this year. Please let us know of other events that would be of interest to the members.
