Fred Wynne, counsel for the complainant, and James Kondopulos, Michael Wagner and Brandon Hillis, counsel for the respondent, reviewed the facts and issues in the Envirocon case and the significance of the Court of Appeal's decision in February 2019 and the Supreme Court of Canada's denial of the complainant's application for leave to appeal in August 2019.

Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia Bethany Hastie discussed her recent research analyzing workplace sexual harassment complaints under human right law, with a focus on BC and Ontario as case study jurisdictions.
