PRESENTATION

In Search of the Ethical Lawyer is an engaging collection of short stories by leading Canadian lawyers and academics who draw on real-life case studies, biography and memoir to explore the tension between ethics and the law and what it means to be a “good” or “ethical” lawyer.

Containing stories about important cases and issues in Canadian legal ethics, In Search of the Ethical Lawyer dives into the moral challenges of legal practice in Canada, the struggles and mistakes some lawyers have made along the way, and highlights instances where we could have done better. We encourage you to read the book.
