Criminal lawyers can now access online audio recordings of Provincial Court adult criminal proceedings. Access includes some adult criminal court records, including records of proceedings and audio recordings log notes. Documents may also be downloaded and printed.
The Law Society of BC, Court Services Branch and BC government have been collaborating to expand the Digital Credentials Project, which launched province-wide earlier this year. Before this expansion to criminal lawyers, the program was previously only available to family lawyers to access court records, including orders.
