The UBC Peter A. Allard School of Law is calling for volunteer judges for the 2019 First Year Moots. The moot topic will be in the area of contract law, but no professional knowledge in this area is required. The moots will be held at Allard Hall on UBC's Point Grey campus (1822 East Mall) on the evenings (6:00-9:00 pm) of February 4 (Monday), February 5 (Tuesday), February 6 (Wednesday), and February 7 (Thursday), 2019. Volunteer judges are only required to participate for one evening, and participation in the moots will count towards professional development credit with the Law Society. The schedules will be finalized in mid-late January. Those who have a date preference should apply early.
